It looks like we hired a person of good character. The players will probably really like him and be loyal to him. He sounds like a guy that could talk recruits/families into coming to play for him.
My fear is that he may not be that great of an in-game coach and strategist. If he can't coach he'll get fired. The players will be loyal to him and some will leave. Recruits will be lost.
