I don’t like Phillips referring himself to a “Vietnam times veteran” who spent time in theater (which I just saw him say in an archived video about 1 year ago.) He appears to me to try to infer he was in Vietnam.
My dad was in the Army from 1968 to early 1971. Although he trained with and knew who were deployed to Vietman, his unit was never was sent there. I have NEVER heard my dad say he was a Vietnam times veteran.

It took the average american 1.5 seconds to judge with 98% accuracy exactly what was going on there. Since then, dem pols have sat back and enjoyed watching MAGA try to publicly rape this tarbaby.

Your Dad, like me (69 - 72), are considered Vietnam Era Veterans since we served during the years encompassing the Vietnam Era. We are not Vietnam Veterans as we never served in country. I, too, have never heard Vietnam Times used before last week. Phillips must have snorted too much Freon while repairing refrigerators.
