Cohen, 3 years, for helping Biff.

Wow. Wonder what Individual No. 1 is thinking?

33rd person charged.

Is this Mueller a badass or what?

When is Donald Trump going to protect us from Russia’s digital bullets fired by Putin and his thugs into our election system with the same gusto he reserves for “the huddled masses yearning to breathe free”?

You're behind the times. Biff is setting up an "impenetrable cyber unit" with Putin to make sure our elections are safe. You can't make up this delusional shit. It's like a 7 year old in a treehouse is making policy.

Would you say Trump is doing about the same level of protection that Obama did when Russia hacked the election and enabled Trump to steal it? Or more? Or just less?

Thought he was gonna walk like Flynn is going to. Wonder why the heavy hammer if he delivered Biff on a silver plate?

QdYwgfk.gif

1. He cooperated AFTER they had all the shit on him.

2. I didn't think the hammer was all that heavy.

3. He was dealing with the SDNY U.S. atty's office in a lot of this, and not Mueller. Mueller asked for the Court to take it easy, but the SDNY U.S.A. had different ideas from what I can tell.

I meant what was Trump talking about. Any idea?

He was gonna keep Russia from "hacking our elections" by forming a special unit with Putin.

he had nothing to contribute to mueller...the other guys nailed him...but it was because mueller dragged him through the process the other guys had their fun.

I think Obama was president when all of these catastrophic events were occurring for you Hillary fans

Were these charges from Mueller or from the NY attorneys? I thought it was the latter, so seems strange to high-five Mueller for this.

Thanks man. It is pretty confusing for me as a layperson. But I still can't help but think this looks like what happens when your plea deal consists of admitting to paying off bimbos you would've paid off whether your client ran for president or not.

I think Mueller referred it to the SDNY. It started out with him. Dude can't even deal with all the witches he's finding.

I'll say this for Biff: the dude has a motor. Most guys that run hot tone it down a little bit once they hit their 40's - 50's. Biff? Still chasing it hard into his late 60's.

Exactly. This is the cost of being Trump the person, not Trump the president

There are campaign finance laws that apply only when Trump the person becomes Trump the candidate or Trump the President.

Plea deal does seem to consist of admitting to paying off bimbos you would have paid off whether his client ran for President or not....but paying off bimbos once your client is a candidate or President is restricted by law in a way it isn’t when your client isn’t a candidate or President.

The reporting requirements are the actual cost of being Trump the candidate/President.

Who were the indictments and pleas in the Whitewater thing?

Why did he wait until he was running for president to pay off Stormy Daniels for a 2010/2011 affair?

I disagree.

If he can successfully argue that this was just a normal part of his life, which I would actually believe, and not due to his running for president, then it isn't about the campaign.

Disagree all you like.

In the eyes of the law, it absolutely is.

I do not agree with bitter.

But. Wasn't there some type of "Melania can't hear about this" statement from Biff around the time of the payout? I kind of remember one of the media accounts had him saying that. Of course, that was the MSM media so it doesn't count.

Regardless, I wouldn't be surprised if Biff somehow had his campaign pay for it. The ling time bookkeeper has already met with the feds, btw.

Even if not using campaign funds? And is this not extortion by the bimbos?

Keeping in mind, I voted for Wild Bill and never thought the BJ was a big deal either, I really don't see how this dog hunts.

Why are there no shortages of lawyers who say it "absolutely is not" because it was his own funds and it was to stave off reputational damage and would've been a concern with or without a presidential run?

Not really trying to argue a legal point here, but you are saying something definitively that is 180 degrees the opposite of things other lawyers like Alan Dershowitz have said.

In other news, Trump once jay walked and smoked in a non-smoking area.

Trumpster's amaze me. He will not make a second term and maybe not this one. No I did not vote for Billery. Guess my no vote for either counted in the end..

You realize Alan Dershowitz is a paid shill on Fox News, right?

And then there is the conviction of Cohen after review by a Presiding Judge.

Possibly - she successfully extorted him. Is that not kind of the assumption you have if you are being honest?
Extortion would be porn chicks demanding money or else. Trump willingly paying them using shell companies and a national publication probably doesn't fall into that category. If it was attempted extortion, he should have contacted law enforcement.

That said, I have no idea if what he did violated any laws except the laws of manhood. If he banged porn chicks, own up to it. Give us details. That's required by man law.

See the thing is.. people have been saying the same thing about him since they all had a good laugh when he announced he was running. Every single step of the way, I've read people predicting his demise. Maybe you are right, but at this point, I'm going to need something more convincing than what I'm seeing.

@Pokeabear, is he screwed in the same way Obama was when he paid a $300,000 fine for campaign violations or is this far far worse somehow?

Lol you will see. Kick back and relax, it’s all down hill from here.

“$375,000 is a huge fine,” said Republican election lawyer Jason Torchinsky. “It may one of their top five- or 10-largest fines.”

But he added, “They’re also the first billion-dollar presidential campaign. Proportionally, it’s not out of line.”

FEC officials declined to comment on the fee or the existence of the agreement. But for context, failed Republican presidential nominee Bob Dole set a record for FEC fines on his 1996 campaign when he paid $100,000 two years later.

“At the time, the 2008 campaign was record breaking, with over 3 million grass-roots donors,” Obama campaign spokewoman Katie Hogan said. “The very few outstanding questions about the $750 million that was raised have now all been resolved.”

I do not know stormy Daniel's

I did not pay her off

It was my money it was Cohen's

Set up phony company to make payoffs

Had his buddies at AMI(National Enquire) pay for negative stories about him and then bury them.

That's a great guy all of you are leg jumping. Definitely a guy I would vote for.

Thomas Jefferson raped his slaves. Running this country is not teaching Sunday school.

Please list every honest person you’ve ever voted for.
