There's plenty of evidence that 0bama didn't take Russia seriously, from the corny reset button, to the "I'll have more flexibility after my election," the "80s want its foreign policy back," diddling his own butthole while Russia rolled into Crimea, and then pussing out on his red line and allowing Russia to take over the dominant role in the Syrian conflict because Lop Ears couldn't lead.
