The war has turned against Ukraine. Russia is still taking casualties, but they have been changing their tactics. They are getting closer and closer to trapping and encircling Eastern Ukraine's forces. If they do not retreat fast, they will be in a dire situation. The Russians have made major gains over the last week, and it appears as if they may draw Zelensky to the table for negotiations. We are currently debating giving the Ukrainians longer range missiles that could hit targets in Russia. Putin recently told Germany and France to back off in an 80-minute phone call. Germany still has the pipeline from Russia flowing.

In short, the situation has become worse for Ukraine.
