I don't think it's that interesting that he is spending time addressing her - nor do I think it worries him. He doesn't seem to be the type to worry much. I think he just saw it as an opportunity to point out hypocrisy in the media and rub his nuts across her face like the glorious asshole that he is.
As for Mika's tits.. not a fan of bolt ons. She reminds me of an entitled soccer mom at Starbucks sending her spicy pumpkin frap back because it had too much cinnamon.
