The local co-op has a bracket contest every year. I go to work before they open and don't get home until after they close so I seldom get by there. But they called me before the tournament because they needed another participant and knew I liked basketball and had played in the past. You draw for teams and each participant gets 4 teams with 1 team being a 1-4 seed, 1 team will be a 5-8 seed, 1 team will be a 9-12 seed and 1 team will be a 13-16 seed. I am already working but I say "sure, how much?" $20. I am in. This week I get a call that I need to come pay my $20 and pick up my winnings. I had forgot all about it. I had Mich so I got runner up money. Funny thing is since I did not know who I had is that I rooted against Mich all the way through the tourney. Nothing beats a little luck though.
