Michael Cohen flips

"As the son of a Polish holocaust survivor, the images and sounds of this family separation policy is heart wrenching,” Cohen wrote. “While I strongly support measures that will secure our porous borders, children should never be used as bargaining chips."

Honest question: Can anything they get from Cohen on Trump be admissible, based on attorney-client confidentiality rules? Not a lawyer, but it seems like pressuring Cohen to turn on Trump at a minimum would be a slippery legal slope.

29, and you know I’m right lol

Very predictable.

Guard that accomplishment (I knew you would -- I baited you with the 27 (which you scored twice, compared to 29 once)). It's all you have (allegedly).

Too bad aptitude doesn't translate 1-to-1 with intelligence or personal effectiveness.

Better start making some better choices, son, or you'll be a misfit in perpetuity.

Ironically, the guy you call a dipshit whenever his name is brought up is the guy whose work you could most gain from. Not so "smart," are ya?

Does disparaging and attacking me make you feel better, Brad?

Yes. If the lawyer is engaged and/or abetting a violation of the law, attorney/client doesn’t apply.

Several mob boss lawyers were prosecuted and the communications were also used against the Dons.

This type of thing happens more often than you might think.

At some point my sincere hope is that something gets through to you, whether it be through sincere generosity or a smack down.

You apparently lead a pretty aimless life not worthy of your self-trumpeted potential. Add to that your tendency to be straight mean.

There isn't much redeeming about you currently, but I'm also a believer in 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances. Maybe someday you'll focus your energies in a productive way. Maybe.

This is the way I feel about @NZ Poke.

This should be interesting then. Seems like there's some leeway but its likely pretty narrow in scope. Somehow I doubt anything new comes of this, but maybe I'll be surprised.

A designated magistrate or master or whatever their nomenclature has gone through a TON of seized docs and not many are being labeled as attorney-client privileged. Between that and the fraud/crime exception and general federal court-piss-where-they-please attitude, that privilege isn't gonna keep much evidence out from the looks of things.

Bad look Brad. Try elevating the discourse instead of the constant personal attacks. Take me, I haven't called Alf a dumbass in weeks, there's really some serious improvement if you just set your mind to it.

You speak of my “tendency to be straight mean” and make a post like this, continuing the personal attacks.

You've deteriorated considerably as a board presence in the passed 6 months. You may as well be shooting me with finger-guns. Pew-pew-pew

I've reviewed the last 11 days of posts and I think these are still mine, more or less. Do you think it's too much to start calling them the Syska-board?

Given the confidentiality of the investigation, I assume this is just your presumption of where Mueller stands regarding existing evidence?

No -- Mueller isn't in that case, it's out of S.D.N.Y. and it has been widely reported, almost daily, in non-conservative media outlets.

Where did SDNY come from? Per the initial quote: "Michael Cohen willing to cooperate with Mueller, give info on Trump: report".

So is Mueller's investigation full of leaks so everyone knows where the evidence stands, or are you making an assumption of where the investigation is and how Cohen fits?

“Monday’s raid wasn’t carried out by the special counsel but, rather, by agents working for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.”

Here's the latest without spin, gaslighting or second-hand misinformation regarding the status of the Cohen deal. T
