A designated magistrate or master or whatever their nomenclature has gone through a TON of seized docs and not many are being labeled as attorney-client privileged. Between that and the fraud/crime exception and general federal court-piss-where-they-please attitude, that privilege isn't gonna keep much evidence out from the looks of things.

No -- Mueller isn't in that case, it's out of S.D.N.Y. and it has been widely reported, almost daily, in non-conservative media outlets.
Where did SDNY come from? Per the initial quote: "Michael Cohen willing to cooperate with Mueller, give info on Trump: report".
So is Mueller's investigation full of leaks so everyone knows where the evidence stands, or are you making an assumption of where the investigation is and how Cohen fits?
