I thought I remembered reading that before about him. He’s an odd duck for sure.
Clearly he does not consider himself to be Jewish. Personally I love Holiday Music (enough that my employees start rolling their eyes at me about a week after TG). Could be as simple as him seeing a chance to make some $$$, and not having strong beliefs that would preclude him from making the album.
With that said, the only reason I knew he was Jewish was that Adam Sandler told me in his Hannukah Song.
That's also how I learned that OJ Simpson isn't Jewish. Who knew?
