Medical advice sought - Knee injury

I took a blow to the inside of my right knee 2 months ago. Ongoing pain and stiffness on the inside of the knee. MRI yesterday and I have "patellar tilt". I believe this is a lesser thing than a full dislocation. Has anybody dealt with this and what did you do for it?

Get a script for physical therapy. In general you need to strengthen the musculature around the joint.
