But yes, the fact that the unemployment rate has fallen since the Great Recession is great news. The fact that the economy has improved since then is great news.

I think anyone who would make a prediction at this point about 2020 is foolish. Long way to go and a lot that is going to transpire politically.

As for 2018, the Democrats should make some gains. The extent of those gains is up for debate. As I posted on another thread, I think the Democrats need to win back at least one house of Congress to call 2018 a success.
