I noticed some posters ragging on MR after his 3rd INT yesterday. Calling him "ordinary".
MR is the best pure throwing QB we have had since Weeden. He totally helped turn our fortunes around last year. He has made several mistakes, but that is going to happen when you are trying to attack defense down the field. Do any of you think Daxx Garman would have won some of these games? I love Walsh, but do you think he would have made some of the throws MR did the last couple of games? It takes balls to throw an interception and then go out and throw another ball.
Besides as some have indicated his arm is a little worn.
With respect to #57. I have a son. If my son was on a division I football team, I would be proud! He is doing more for this team than the armchair quarterbacks who say he should quit playing football. I don't think anyone has the right to question a players effort unless they know.
