20 million (which doesn't include those who watched on streaming platforms) for a congressional hearing is rather impressive. A congressional hearing isn't a SOTU. Compare the complete numbers for this congressional hearing to the Trump impeachment trials, for example. Or heck, even the NBA finals, which is a sporting event.
