In my opinion trump was exonerated. I think we all know the leaks that would happen if Barr stifled muellers findings. It’s possible this is a pro trump cover up, but two years of evidence have shown the opposite. There’s multiple Peter strozks and Lisa pages. Lots of lib foot soldiers.

But let’s be open minded. Libs, what do you think trump got( or is currently getting) away with?

Ok great. In your opinion did mueller find all of that but wasn’t able to prove it or did he have the evidence and Barr is covering it up?

Barr is covering up the Obstruction. The obstruction makes some of these things harder to prove. Some of these things aren't in Mueller's scope. Some of these things have been proven.

Hardy har ok. Coordinating with non governmental Russians was by far my favorite. I assume that’s the one that was proven?

As for the rest of it, absolutely amazing what a genius trump is getting away with all that. John grishim could not make up a story of the Wiley old trump taking the fbi and doj for a ride.

Oh the other side didn’t have lawyers. Those special counsel babies cried in the corner while Giuliani and Sekulow whipped up their lawyer magic to get trump exonerated. Those experts in white collar crime, prosecution and that clueless former fbi director mueller were put through the ringer by the lawyers from hogwarts.

Didn’t have the scope? They got mannafort for things he did 20 years ago. Indicted Russians with mischievous twitters. Muellers scope must have looked like an over gerrymandered district to miss these things.

Just basing that off of the Barr memo that says the deciding factor not to pursue obstruction was the lack of a proof of the underlying crime.

Whoa. So Mueller didn't find proof of the underlying crime? But you know that there was obstruction and crimes committed?

Biff got away with everything. That is the only response I have at this date. If Biff is not indicted then he is Scott free, at least until after the next election.

That doesn't mean he did or did not do anything. If you just want a debate, plug in all of the GOP arguments about how the Hillary email investigation was rigged, motivated, etc. and work in some alt fact that it's all being looked into with charges looming.

Call me crazy, but I'd like to see the report before commenting on it. I would assume we'll all see it shortly and can see just exactly what it says.

A couple of months ago in another thread I asked you if HRC was innocent of any crimes or if she simply got away with it. You said that if she was never tried and found guilty, she was innocent.

Curious reversal of beliefs

Believe it or not, if you do a good job obstructing justice it is really hard to prove an underlying crime.

Obstruction.... of a crime that didn't happen - yet, which Trump asked Comey to investigate his orbit for any signs of same, Comey told him he was not a target of the investigation and McCabe testified there was no obstruction of the investigation after Comey's firing...
