As to this person beginning his speech by highlighting the legality of slavery in the 1860s - WTF does that have to do with anything? Was it justified? Moral? Did it have lasting social consequences? If he goes on to make some of those points then it might be worth a listen, but no he jumps from that assertion to his job on police force. Enough.
