No I asked a question are you ok with ex-ISIS fighters who committed crimes or War much like the Nazi's moving in next door to you? You seemed to site prisons are doing the same and it seemed like you are ok with it. Only prisoners have paid for their crimes these ISIS guys are just moving back after all the killing and raping so I asked are you ok with them being your neighbor?
You are comparing apples to oranges. So do you think that these people should be locked up for life then? It doesn't matter if data supports the fact they will repeat. The government handed down a punishment and time was served. What else do you do with these people just keep them in jail? The stats also said 4.2% repeat that seems like a low percentage to just keep all violent crime offenders locked up. What about those that got clean in jail and are no longer hungering for crack rocks. ISIS fighters have never served any punishment. This was directed at you and @squeak because you two are bringing up criminals. IMO war criminals and violent domestic criminals are not comparable. So I guess you don't want either of these people living next door to you?
