So does anyone know if any alum or anybody is facilitating a NIL program for OSU athletes? As I understand it, OSU athletics can't be involved. I suggest that a Marketing company is formed and those of us who have business can "hire" this marketing company to market for us. You would get a business deduction for the $ you put in to the \marketing Company. Then that Company can "hire" athletes to do publicity or make appearances or have their image appear on a mailout for the Company that puts money in to the fund. Seems that would be legit. Any suggestions? Is anyone already in the marketing business that could help run it? I'm thinking we could probably get $400,000 to $500,000 annually if we all participate. I know there are some bigger donaors than me out there. We need some coordination on this. I can't just go to a player and ask them.
