The left will continue to marginalize themselves with this dumb shit and will continue to lose voters. They are nearly irrelevant in terms of political power and that scares me much more than them being a vocal but credible opposition to the Republicans. A Republican supermajority is definitely not appealing.
I guessed the Dems would be smart enough to regroup and restrategize after Trump's win to try to bring center folks back. Once again they've proven that being educated does not mean they are smart. Instead they've doubled down on the failed campaign rhetoric and activities of "not Trump!" The election is over. Time to move on and get to work. It seems the majority of people want the political bickering to stop and work in the betterment of the country and the people to begin.

Hell, with the stroke of a pen, Trump handed the Dems a gold plated victory that they were unable to previously achieve even with their guy in the executive office, the withdrawal from the TPP.

Doesn't this simply imply that there was no turnover at the top of the Democratic establishment.....as there should be from any party that just took a shellacking.
