I have always liked the Kenpom rankings more than some of the others because they use something other than "win/lose home/away strength of schedule". For instance if you beat a bad team by 35 it means more than beating that same bad team by 5.
And this early in the season the rankings are not that accurate. But the latest Kenpom has eight Big12 teams in the top 40. We are 9th at #49.
Iowa State is last at #60. That is a VERY tough conference.
Personally, I think we are overrated at #49, hope I'm wrong.
Wichita St is #5. KU is #2. Texas A&M #7.
