She was asked to break it down in layman terms. And she was doing that. Who knows what else she continued to say, since the whole interview wasn't included.
Sadly, a lot of Americans probably can't find Ukraine on a map and have very little understanding of Ukraine or Russia. Sometimes you got to start basic, which is what she was asked to do!

I was wondering what “The Morning Hustle” is, thinking perhaps it is aimed at preschoolers. Then it occurred to me that is probably how Ms. Harris explains it to herself; we can deduce from this that Ms. Harris’ analytical growth stopped somewhere in the 3-5 year old range. That might explain why she does so poorly in interviews. We are told her staff is frustrated because she doesn’t study the information they provide her before going on. Maybe she does study and that’s about as much as she can retain.
