ESPN did a quick hitter which I don't care to link in which the Jaguars GM indicated that Blackmon has not contacted him and there are no plans for reinstatement. I know somebody posted a not so flattering pic taken in a bar a few months ago, but was wondering if anybody has hear anything else.
