Just watched about fifty artillery shells go off on the ground all at once

My neighborhood here in the grand city of Verdigris looked like the old Bells Amusement Park shows of the late 80s tonite. Hell, I didn't spend a dime and I saw one of the best damn fireworks shows 30 miles within Tulsa lol.
I have one neighbor down the street, that dude must have spent this months check and the one coming on fireworks for his kids. One little joker was out every morning at 10 am for the last 3 damn days just crackin off shit, maybe taking a few breaks to piss and eat a PBJ. Finished it off with an extravaganza of tomfoolery, complete with burnt grass and a cacophony of cussin from someone because his narrow ass just wasn't quite done poppin after midnight. Yeesh.
I stay up late anyway, was outside takin the dog for a poopee since she has spent most of the last 3 days holed up under the bed with all the boom booms.
Nah, it won't ever snow around these parts ever again, but by gawd we will have our far warks
