Former Oklahoma State receiver Ra’Shaad Samples plans to transfer to the University of Houston.
Samples was a highly touted four-star recruit out of Dallas Skyline in 2013 with offers from such schools as Texas, Ohio State, Texas A&M, USC, Notre Dame and Oklahoma.
After redshirting his first season, Samples played in six games with the Cowboys last season. He had three catches for 11 yards.
Samples must sit out the 2015 season and will have two years eligibility remaining.
