Boy, I am going to pay for this tomorrow. I can not say that I got to watch as much of the game as usual with my 5 year old grandson but what I did watch I liked(mostly). I did not like JW's first INT(just an uncalled for error) or Rennie's fumble(poor ball security) but I liked almost everything else. Rudolph looked poised. An uo fan sat behind me(married to an OSU girl) and he said they ain't got nothing like that at QB and he is right.
Rennie ran tough between the tackles and broke some nice runs. JW is a mad man. He LOOKS for contact. He needs to be a back up QB because he would never make it through a full season as a starter.
I watched Salako several times. He is the real deal. He held his own against Ogbah and others. I liked his run blocking as well and his hustle, On one long pass play to inside the 10, he was trying to get down there quickly and line up but Rudolph was trotting in front of him looking to the sideline for the next play. Salako had to juke him to get around him. I was LMAO.
Lampkin plays with an attitude. He is 100% back.
I am curious to see the No 1 offense and No 1 defense all together. Being split up keeps me from getting too giddy right now. We could be pretty good.
