Just a reminder that there is a special place in hell...

Do you think the woman in Texas whose dead fetus was missing half a brain needed to be carried to term?

Of course, you use the extreme case. Most abortions have nothing to do with the abnormality of a fetus, they have to do with inconvenience of having a baby to the person or persons having a baby (that includes the father).

You should ask the fetus what it thought about it. What do you suppose it would say?

I’m sorry, Dan…I can’t speak in hypotheticals, such as assuming a fetus with half a brain has any capacity for thought and speech - or survival, for that matter - when medical professionals have clearly proven otherwise…

you do you tho…I know you will…

Humor me, please. Let’s try another hypothetical for the sake of clarity. Let’s assume the baby was carried to term, survived but was clearly in a vegetative state with no hope of ever bring fully mentally functional but could physically survive for several years. You argue that abortion was an option for the mother. Would you now argue that the mother has the rightful option to have her baby murdered? What would be the moral difference? At what point do you think a line is being crossed, and why do you put the line where you put it?

If a mother made the ultimate decision to preserve her mental/physical/financial wellbeing and future fertility and abort in that circumstance, you calling her a murderer would have me calling you a fvcked up POS.

Humored?

Confused is a better word. I have no idea what you mean by what you wrote. My use of “murder” was in the instance of what you regard as morally appropriate after the baby is born.

Use birth control, it will soon be over the counter. Financial, really? Always a good reason to have a baby killed.
Most people would say they couldn't afford a baby at that time, yet they do manage.

- The birth control argument against abortion is asinine at best, considering many women wanted their babies yet still needed abortions. And let’s not forget Republicans’ efforts to stymie access to contraception in the first place. So fvcking dumb.

- Does strapping years worth of medical debt to a family for an inevitability such as Dan’s preposterous scenario do anyone one iota of good? Yeah, that won’t add to the already-mountainous level of trauma inflicted upon them…

Idiot…idiots everywhere

Okay, I'll quit asking a question you are trying so hard to avoid answering. The point is made that you are trying to navigate your empty vessel in shallow water.

Financial? 🤣🤣
How would it affect her financially? We are told daily by the sLoW 1o that Bidens Economy is on fire and every American has 2 Chickens in their pot instead of one. 🤣

The need to perform a medically necessary abortion in order to protect the health of the mother is extremely rare.

Texas law does not prevent this. It's another ginned up lefty lie. It's like the don't say gay law in Florida that doesn't mention the word gay and doesn't prevent anyone from saying the word gay.
