The prosecutor recused herself a couple of weeks ago after it was learned she was approached by Michelle Obama's former Chief of Staff, Tina Tchen, to get Smollett's case moved to the FBI from the Chicago PD. Now, the recused prosecutor inserts herself back into the case to drop the charges. Something is rotten in Denmark...and Chicago.
A spokesman for Cook County State’s Attorney Kimberly Foxx, whose office was prosecuting Smollett, said, “After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case.

New video of the attack has surfaced and Jussie did in fact fight back gallantly. Case closed.
Weird, I'd compare Mueller similar to a Grand jury. Its job is to make recommendations. Mueller recommended no charges and thus he got no charges. Jussie was recommened for 16 felony counts, and still got no charges. Clearly a difference imo.
(What's sad, is I knew the whole time I've typed this that there is a zero percent chance of actually getting anything but a snarky reply from you, yet did it anyway.)
