Josh Furman played the star position for us last year and on the end-of-year roster he was listed at 6'2" 202lbs. So, he really was more the size of a safety instead of a linebacker. I always expected that Burton was basically going to be the same size. However, on the spring game roster Jordan Burton is listed at 6'3" 215lbs. He is actually quite a bit bigger than Furman was, but it sounds like he has been a real playmaker.
I bet Burton starts the season closer to 220lbs if he is able to maintain his speed/athleticism. He is another guy in a long list of players on this team that have really nice size/athleticism ratios for their position. And he is here for 2 years which is nice compared to Furman.
