next to last paragraph, paraphrasing,,,,, china president in 2022 said china's carbon goals, "cannot be detached from reality" this was in the state run people's daily.

sounds like kerry's problem is not recognizing reality, which is common for america's climate lobby. ask all the tesla owners about the reality of their ev's sitting next to a charging station in chicago waiting the the temp to go up enough for the chargers to work.

IMO It's the same story as all of those throughout history. Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, the Roman Empire, Hitler, etc. Only exception now the ruling elite figure a group of like minded people spread out in different countries can rule the world as a group and the people will not see it as just one man. Problem with that thinking is there is always a leader of the group and all of those involved want to be that leader.
