We've already been thru this numerous times. By the time the Texas primary comes everyone pretty much knows who the nominee will be. I voted for Ted Cruz in 2016 election, Trump all but unopposed in 2020 election. I was leaning Ramaswamy but I have several concerns with him, his connections with big pharma, his Taiwan stance along with a couple of others. As I've started paying more attention he comes across as rehearsed to me for some reason. Will need to see more. DeSantis did Ok in the debate but looks like he's still a little uncomfortable running on the national stage, will need to see how it works out. Scott is interesting but I don't think he's got the national appeal needed. Haley is an establishment candidate and I'm tired of their feckless leadership. The rest of the candidates are cannon fodder at this point. Trump is an asshole and pisses off to many people. While I kind of like that I'm smart enough to know the division will only get worse but if he is the nominee I will gladly vote for him over any Democrat. Democrats don't care about dividing us why should I care about dividing them and I'm not a Republican, I'm anti Democrat at this point in history.
The only problem with this is that it isn't true.
The Texas primary is on March 5, Super Tuesday. The only primaries/caucuses occuring before this primary is Iowa, Nevada, South Carolina, Michigan, Idaho, and North Dakota. Texas' primary (and Super Tuesday) will help decide who the Republican nominee is going to be. Especially if Trump loses one of those early states or another Republican starts to seriously challenge him.
So stop acting like the Texas primary isn't going to matter.
