Jeff Sessions Resigns

So now close associations are an issue to fairness? Where was the same thought process when the ex-rodent in chief and Rev Wright’s relationship was being tossed about?

Do you think a guy who’s penned an op-ed attacking the Mueller investigation doesn’t need to recuse himself from the investigation?

Any of them get a $26,000,000 judgement for fraud?

Wait.... Didn't Biff have to pay something like that for his shitty college that defrauded the students?

Even more, I'm sure even you are familiar with Enron, how the convictions were 'made' and what transpired after.

Yes, I followed it pretty closely, right up until Ken Lay died. So what's your point?

That there are people on Muellers team willing to bend rules and ruin lives to advance their careers guilt be damned.

Are you saying people on Mueller's team unfairly prosecuted Lay or Skilling?

Who got acquitted?

IF you're not going to provide coherent answers to basic questions could you just post the source of this talking point? I can't figure out where you're going, as Lay died while his conviction was on appeal and Skilling is still in prison.

Whatabout a false equivalency?

By all means consider me "grasshopper" master! Enlighten me, as to why this would be a false equivalency I'm actually big enough to admit when I'm wrong and even sit back and think about what is a valid argument against my thought.

Clinton or Obama have a picture with Farrakhan is not equal to White Nationalist/Neo Nazi is allowed into the people’s house grounds to take a picture in an area of the whitehouse you are not allowed at without a personal escort. The man was ther yesterday. You’d have to be blind, ignorant or for that mans political views to not see what type of Nationalist sits in the Whitehouse. Do I believe this will sway you? No.

Paully Manafort, Gen. Flynn, Sec. Pruitt, Mr. Gates, (I can't remember all the convicts) are on the other line and are highly offended if someone is willing to "bend rules." Care to count the indictments and convictions for bending rules?

When're those Hillary indictments dropping? Anything yet?

Funny, based on the stories I read, the FBI's investigators bent several rules in regards to Hillary's investigation. Might be why there was no indictment.

But my question...if the items shown thus far are evidence that Whitaker needs to recuse himself, then so should Mueller and every FBI agent in the DC office. The whole place is incestuous as has clearly been shown as bits and pieces of these investigations have been leaked. But we know that's not going to happen. So in the end, let me know when Trump, Whitaker, or whomever, ACTUALLY does something to interfere with the investigation. Until then, can we simply shutup and let Mueller continue to indiscriminately waste the taxpayers money?

The thirtyish members of the FBI and DOJ are on public record doing exactly that and being fired to set up those dudes. You think it's over for those guys, you just get fired for being part of a coup?

"First we get Flynn." Remember that?

Never heard that one addressed.

If Trump has any ammo we're about to see it, otherwise Huber turned up nothing.

The firings lead me to believe he did find something because the FBI DOJ/Russia was his original mandate.

Could be wrong.

What? No. So? Yes, you've heard it addressed -- he pled guilty. He expressed contrition. Raised his hand to heaven, took an oath and pled guilty. In writing, too. His sentencing is in December. He's the one that led the "Lock her up" chant at the RNC convention, too. I would hope they wanted to investigate that shitbird, all of their instincts were correct. He was Trump's National Security Advisor. Wanna talk about his campaign manager who's rotting in jail?

Could be. We've had a ringside sing to you being confidently, publicly, consistently wrong about Hillary getting convicted - "Lock her up!" -- for.... 3 years? A slow motion, serial comedy, watching you flop on the bank. Total Republican government for last two years and.... "poof" goes the conspiracy. It's a Huber thing now? He's gonna file those indictments on her? It's gone the way of (deep breath) Seth Rich Jade Helm Caravan 1.0 Caravan 2.0 false flag pipebomber hired actors posing as survivors (you re-tweeted that from a Russian account, lol. Micromeat.)... I can't do this all day. I really gotta get to work but this is better than any video game.

Soros. It's Soros holding up the Hillary prosecutions.

willful ignorance

another favorite term i’ve come to see implemented in this period of my life

there’s a world where musical chairs is
played with equal parts people and chairs and everyone sits around telling each other how GD smart they are

and the one where chairs go missing

He still completely ignored that shit.

NPCSys has taken the conditioning well.

Absent the histrionics in that op-ed....it kinda has a valid legal point. I haven’t researched enough to have a strong opinion as to the exact correct answer, but it strikes me as a colorable argument that could win.

Nobody is really gonna do anything about it though.
Agreed. From what I've read, the only people legally qualified to be acting AG would be the deputy AG, another principle officer who has been confirmed by the Senate, or a recess appointment. Of course we all know why Trump didn't appoint the deputy AG to the acting AG role.

What's funny about it? I don't want a politicized and unaccountable DOJ regardless of what party is in charge. It's clear that Trump wants someone in place to pull the special counsel oversight authority from Rosenstein. If not, he would have named Rosenstein as acting AG.

Kind of how I thought you would roll out the counter argument. You need to start passing out a program. Who is the nationalist/neo Nazi? By the way Farrakhan was in Iran the other day shouting "Death to America." He has also compared Jews to termites.....but hey no problem. There have been plenty of shady characters visit the WH under Clinton and the ex-rodent in chief.

The rest of your stuff is just gibberish....."what type of nationalist sits in the Whitehouse." Please enlighten me!

And no your statement above didn't "sway" me because it is hyperbole and nonsense.

Yes. Agreed. Obviously. We’ve known what trump was going to do since he told us! I expected him to fire Rosenstein instead and replac him with Noel Francisco. It looks like he is keeping that bullet in the barrel. For now.

Firing Rosenstein is way too obvious. You replace the AG who can then fire Rosenstein if neutering him doesn't work.

I agree with both of you, but career employees that have never been nominated or even appointed have served as temporary heads of agencies with the "acting" title regularly in the past
