I'm no fan of Medicare Advantage programs. I'm a supplemental Medigap guy. But what pisses me off is the lying liberal Democrats falsely accusing Republicans of what THE DEMOCRATS are wanting to do.

Democrats have hated Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans (Medicare Part D) since their inception. They knew private companies could run circles around government and would make it harder for them to eventually push government run healthcare. With that said, I don't disagree with the thought what government spends on Medicare Advantages needs to be cut. According to numerous government reports government spends about $320 more per year per patient on Medicare Advantage than it does on patients with Medicare. Democrats will blow smoke up your ass and tell you it's all about saving money but that is merely an excuse. They want to set the stage for the Democrat socialist dream of government run healthcare and see Medicare Advantage plans as a threat to that goal. They get government run healthcare, they control your life.
If Democrats and Republicans were truly interested in making changes to Medicare that both save money and make sense, they would quit handing the benefits out to illegals and people that do not deserve it.
