If someone treated my support staff like that, I’d have been on the phone with him, delivering the “life’s too short for your bullshit” speech (I deliver it at least annually). OP posts two diatribes, but I don’t see where he took any substantive action to remedy the situation. Kudos to the manager who stepped up.
