Is the US headed toward a Kritarchy Government or are we already there?

OK, I'm back. I would say there are judges who try, but their rulings usually get curb-stomped by higher ups via the US Constitution. So I'll say no. We're still a constitutional federal republic, but I also don't see an end to rouge leftist judges making life miserable for everybody, with their temporary rulings. It's only getting worse.
