I think it's very possible Biden has already been told the Democrat Party will not allow him to run. They know Biden can not win and they will throw a surprise candidate out at the last minute Someone like Newsome or quite possibly Michelle Obama.

It’s possible the Democrats know they can’t cheat twice on behalf of Biden but have calculated they can cheat again with a different candidate.
I think shits and the dimms party have done exponential harm to their base as proven so far. They've a long crawl out of the hole they've dug imo.
