Introduce a bill to abolish ICE that appears to be nothing but a political stunt but then whine and say you'll vote no when Republicans call your bluff because bringing the bill to the floor for a vote is a political stunt?

This is a generous gift to the GOP. Democrats can be labeled as fans of the Republican "open borders" narrative if they vote yes, and they may piss off the progressives in favor of abolishing ICE if they vote no. Really dumb move. It seems some Democrats have completely stopped using their brains.
