Good article and as he says (and unless everyone was asleep) there almost certainly was a higher up that has constituted a policy of constraint that led to this. The pictures really are sickening and pathetic all in one glob and while not as gruesome remind me of those heathen bastards, in Mogadishu, dragging our dead Rangers down the street during Clinton's UN appeasement trial and error.
