Neither, all about the propaganda the MSM wants to push.
The type of shootings and amount of people being killed in African American communities has become acceptable to liberals, which is sick. The police enforcement in those communities when it happens gets labeled as racist cops acting out on innocent people, so police no longer police in those areas. The MSM and libs have created an environment that right now is impossible to fix because of the distrust they have created between civilians and the police, all created so these lib politicians can protect these civilians against “racism” while people die in these communities, it is now normal.
We know that African Americans grow up distrusting police and few grow up with a desire to be a policeman and to try to protect their communities. They do not want to be seen as a snitch either. We can thank libs and MSM for this as well.
The solution? Due to the racism created by libs and MSM, white officers no longer will go in to African American communities and police because they are assumed guilty until proven innocent. The police allows the violence to happen and their hope is they are no longer involved in a shooting and they can safely just pick up the body bags. So, somehow you have to initiate local neighborhood training programs to reprogram how those citizens feel about the police and to motivate them to get people in their local communities to join the police force so you can have enough African American officers to go in and police in those communities. That is your only hope, right now you need African Americans to go in and to police and not be assumed ever time they talk to someone that they are not racially profiling or if the pull their service handgun they are racist.
Or, maybe in 10 years or longer eventually African Americans will realize the racist lies they have been told and will want their kids safe and ask the police force to go back in the neighborhoods.
I would assume the African American incarceration rate will tick down slightly as police just sit back and let them settle things in those neighborhoods with guns and instead of incarcerations you end up with body bags.
It is disgusting the environment libs and MSM has created in those neighborhoods for the police, you literally risk being incarcerated as a white police officer in an African American neighborhood for doing your job.
Obama labeled every single white police officer in this country as racist, he cost lives with setting that narrative and the rest of his Dim flock and MSM making it a huge issue for years under his administration.
