Frankly, I don't care what anyone says on twitter. I pay attention to the results. As far as I can remember no sanctions have been lifted. When sanctions are lifted, then there is a problem.
We could go into whataboutism on every president for the past 40 years and it doesn't accomplish anything.
It's what is actually signed that matters. All politicians promise the world but need to be judged on what they actually vote on or sign.
