In hindsight...
-Holder should have dug deeper, and figured out that Underwood was a mercenary and a con man.
-Holder should have torn up the contract offer Underwood agreed to, and offered him twice as much to reduce possible future temptation.
-Holder should have shelled out 3-4 Million per year to money-whip a mercenary when he had just been burned by a mercenary.
-Boynton should have dug deeper and found evidence that these players were prone to criminal actions.
-If their prior transgressions were minor, he should have known that they were red flags and that these players would take it to another level in college.
-if there were no red flags, or if no one would share them with him, he should have found a way to see the future, and not offered them scholarships.
-He should never have given Weathers a second chance after his previous legal issue.
-He should have arranged for chaperones to monitor each player at all times to keep them out of trouble.
-He should have been meaner to his players and put the fear of god into them. Clearly, he did this with Cam, DZ and Lindy...Why didn’t he do it with the 3 who were booted?
These things are so obvious, yet they didn’t happen. Clearly Mike and Mike are incapable of doing the job for which they are being paid.
