Ohio State University has developed their own health insurance company and it works well. Most local physicians who are not Ohio State-affiliated accept it.

While I'd love to see it be improved, I'm not betting on any short-term changes, and in fact will likely use this to buy me some CVS stock given their 6% dip. 2.5% div + well-managed company + largest player makes it look like a good opportunity.
Wait, what? You mean private sector initiatives might be a workable solution? Where does the federal government come into this equation? We're told only the federal government can make things better. I'd hate to think that's only empty power and money grabbing rhetoric.
Doesn't make any sense. The Democrats already fixed healthcare with the ACA. Are these fat cats thinking the ACA didn't do shit but expand Medicaid and government handouts to help pay premiums?
