Here's the difference: One is a criminal shooting Innocents. The other is a Florida man commenting about law enforcement officers stopping law breakers.

1. Is it OK to shoot before they cross? (I.e. open season on suspicious-looking Mexicans suspected of trying to enter US illegally by US snipers positioned on the US side of the border)?
2. Is it OK to shoot during their crossing? Should it be legal for Border Patrol to gun down Mexican women and children while they swimming across the Rio like fish in a barrel or scaling a wall or fence?
3. Or is it obvious they should wait until after they sneak across, making it open season for Border Patrol to gun down illegal immigrants anywhere in the US?
