You are operating off an old playbook. The special prosecutor has already been thrown overboard by Schiff and the NYT. Most are looking beyond what's already been described as a disappointing report.
Now, its all about obstruction. Despite the facts that 1. Trump told Comey to investigate his circle and find collusion if it existed, 2. was told he was not under investigation (wtf would he be obstructing if he didn't know he was under investigation? 3. McCabe specifically stated that the investigation had not been obstructed in any way.

You either know this or you are too dumb to get it but the house needs to bring impeachment charges on SOMETHING even know they know it'll get shot down and probably won't even get a vote in the Senate. They need this because
1. they promised their donors they would, and
2. because they need this albatross of "impeachment" to hang around Trump's neck in 2020 as a hail mary to avoid the landslide loss headed their way.
