If Manafort, or Flynn, or Kushner, or Tillerson, or someone else, met with the Russian Ambassador, or a Russian operative and said, "If you help Donny T win the election, we will allow you to do whatever you like in Ukraine without interference" or "We will invest millions of dollars into Putin's off-shore bank account"

Why does it matter at this point? Why does anyone have to "put up or shut up"? There is an investigation. When it is concluded, you may well be proven right. If there is something there, hopefully it is found. If there is nothing there, hopefully that is clearly stated when the investigation is concluded. Then you can say, "I told you so!" and "Witch hunt!!" repeatedly.
