He has some very critical injuries that thwarted several seasons. Like Forte and now evans this season. And then when Cobbins got hurt before conference play several years ago. I think that really hurt that years team. However, I can't excuse his bench coaching and lack of development of players.
It's going to be a tough call for Holder. Especially because of money and potential replacements. also, potentail loss of Forte and Evans if we change coaches for next year.
