Sure, Holder may have been putting feelers out and may have been weighing options, but until you have something solid, going public with nothing more than stupid rumors can only hurt the program. Once it got out there everyone else (Helsey?)wanted to jump in and be the first with something concrete (which never existed). Wish he would have kept his fat mouth shut.
