Nope, that isn't the main goal either in terms of what is occurring in the House.

Yes, Democrats want to take back the White House in 2020, so that is a goal. And yes, it does help them to continue to show the corruption that is the Trump administration. But Nancy (and Jerry, along with others) in the House are up to something else.

They are thinking both pre-2020 and post-2020.
