I know the guy personally and he does fantastic work. Not sure on how large of a scale he and his guys do, but, again, the work I have had him do and seen him do is top notch.

A few suggestions.

1- get a plan drawn up by a good designer. Make sure everything is detailed from electric to cabinets. Try not to deviate much from it.

2- estiblish draw schedule for GC.

3. II don't know what extensive means to you but plan on at least a couple more months of construction time than what anyone estimates.

I added 2700' to a 5500' house last year and it took 11 months. The spring rain killed us + the constant changes the customer wanted

I'm in the middle of a total bottom floor remodel now. They are living upstairs. Money is no object because her uncle invented the microwave and she inheireted a bunch.
I had to have some of the slab removed to fix the plumbing. I'm adding 625' plus a Saferoom. I estimated 6 months but now we are putting in a pool. $43k in appliances alone. It will end up taking at least 2 extra months because of all the changes.
No idea on a good contractor in Tulsa. Good luck.
