I have known coach Holder for many years and have supported him mainly because of his relationship with Boone. He is a terrible manager and his subordinates struggle getting along with him on a daily basis.

When I have given big donations in the past, he is my best friend. When I take a few years off, he acts like he doesn't have time to talk.
The BOR and Hargis have stuck with him because of his relationship with Boone and the potential large gift at Boone's passing. I'm over waiting to see if Boone gives another $500 million. It's time to move on. His relationship skills are not what we need leading our athletic department. I'm pretty sure he knows this and I hope he realizes his time has come.
