Too late to change her name on many states ballots. Would have to vote for electors that would vote in the electoral college.

Unless she goes into a full blown comatose state they are going to try to push her over the finish line no matter what. She will be the first elected female president, first spouse of a previous president elected president, first carpet muncher elected president and a third term for the rodent goat herder in chief. I can see her winning, take the oath then stepping down due to health issues. Kaine becomes pres but then I'm a bit fuzzy on how a VP would emerge, if I remember correctly Speaker of the house would be next in line, but that means Ryan would be there which doesn't seem probable. Although given the hubris of all the above, not sure they would care since "history would have been made."
If Hildebitch was already sworn in then it would be very similar to Nixon's appointment of Ford as VP following Spiro Agnew's resignation. It's governed under the 25th amendment. However, it's unclear how that would work if Hildebitch hadn't been sworn in. Obama would certainly try to impose his version of what the Constitution said and the GOP would go along fearing they would be called racists or the government would shut down and they would be blamed.
The quid pro quo with she and Obama is the main thing.
No prosecution and the mantle of power in exchange for a third Obama term, yes. But also a Supreme Court nomination for Obama - which she's even hinted at.
