I am for religious reasons. But at the same time I am not in favor of Islamic style imprisonment or public executions and I'm not sure that the government should be in the marriage business. I say the government should leave us all alone.

Quite a quandary the liberals have boxed themselves into. They sing the praises of Islam as a peaceful religion while not disavowing Sharia and call people who disagree with both bigots and racists (strange given Islam is not a race). Yet, when those whose praises they sing systematically and barbarically murder one of liberalism's core constituent groups they can't find the words to condemn this cancer.

It's not marriage equality. Anyone can have a ceremony and say they are married. Spouses in same-sex relationships want the same financial benefits of spouses in traditional marriages. Very few on this board are against that.
